Entry into force for : On 26 November 1980 notification was made by the UK that the NYC would apply to the Cayman Islands, the notification contained the following declaration: "in accordance with article I, paragraph 3 thereof, only to the recognition and enforcement of awards made in the territory of another Contracting State". . |
