Date of accession: 20 December 1971. Entry into force for : 19 March 1972. Limited to Awards:
"The Republic of Botswana will apply the Convention only to differences arising out of legal relationship, whether contractual or not, which are considered commercial under Botswana law. "The Republic of Botswana will apply the Convention to the Recognition and Enforcement of Awards made in the territory of another Contracting State." |
