Date of accession: 25 July 1996.

Entry into force for : 23 October 1996.

Limited to Awards:

 

"Brunei Darussalam will on the basis of reciprocity apply the said Convention to the recognition and enforcement of only those awards which are made in the territory of another Contracting State."
