Entry into force for : On 14 November 1979 notification was made by the UK that the NYC would apply to Bermuda, the notification contained the following declaration: "in accordance with article I, paragraph 3 thereof, only to the recognition and enforcement of awards made in the territory of another Contracting State" . |
