NEW YORK CONVENTION, 1958.

Entry into force for :

Notification was received from the Netherlands at the time of ratification that the NYC applied to the Netherlands Antilles and to Surinam.
On ratification (24 April 1964) the following declaration had been made: "Referring to paragraph 3 of article I of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, the Government of the Kingdom declares that it will apply the Convention to the recognition and enforcement of awards made only in the territory of another Contracting State."
