The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute
The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce is a body incorporated within the Oslo Chamber which deals with matters of arbitration and dispute resolution. This applies to national and international disputes within industry, commerce, shipping, offshore/onshore activities, and other fields of business activity.

Limited to Awards:

From other Contracting States

The Government of Norway "1. ... will apply the Convention only to the recognition and enforcement of awards made in the territory of one of the Contracting States." and "2. ... will not apply the Convention to differences where the subject matter of the proceedings is immovable property situated in Norway, or a right in or to such property."
