Convention.

NEW YORK CONVENTION, 1958.

Entry into force for :

On accession (22 December 1972 )Denmark declared that the NYC would not apply to the Faeroe Islands or Greenland.
On 10 February 1976 notification of extension to these territories was made.
On accession the following declaration had been made: "In accordance with the terms of article I, paragraph 3, [the NYC] shall have effect only as regards the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards made by another Contracting State and shall be valid only with respect to commercial relationships."
