Convention.
This site is in the process of preparing various materials relating to the New York Convention, for publication here.
Currently you can check on the status for individual states (countries, jurisdictions) by going to the Geographic Index of the WWW Virtual Library ARBITRATION DATABASE; and locating the coutry you are interested in. These list all contracting states known to us (additions and comments, as ever, are welcome from users). We are in the process of adding territories and dependencies (which may or may not be covered by their ‘mother’ country’s adhesion to the Convention).
We are also adding a more detailed listing of declarations and reservations. This will cover issues such as reciprocity, as well as the actual territorial limits discussed above.
